Every property is in a flood zone one way or the other. Flood Zone X is one of the most common flood zones we see outside of coastal areas and is most favorable because it's known for being a low-risk flood zone. Some would even be hyperbolic and say that they're "not in a flood zone" because their property is in Flood Zone X.
